Parade of Bands returns to Hazel Dell after 2-year break

A 54-calendar year-outdated custom will return to the Hazel Dell community

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 54-yr-old custom will return to the Hazel Dell community, as the Parade of Bands is expected to drum up crowds at the time yet again May perhaps 21.

Next a two-yr hiatus, the Clark County Fire District 6 announced “the most important tiny parade” will strike Hazel Dell streets with the fitting new theme, “We’re Back in The Saddle, Yet again.” 

Sponsored by the Hazel Dell/Salmon Creek Small business Association, the parade capabilities performances from dozens of regional high college marching bands, float displays and equestrian entries.

In accordance to the officers, the custom is slated to get started its route at Clark County Hearth District 6, located at 8800 NE Hazel Dell Avenue at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May perhaps 21.
