Parade of Bands returns to Hazel Dell after 2-year break

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A 54-yr-old custom will return to the Hazel Dell community, as the Parade of Bands is expected to drum up crowds at the time yet again May perhaps 21.
Next a two-yr hiatus, the Clark County Fire District 6 announced “the most important tiny parade” will strike Hazel Dell streets with the fitting new theme, “We’re Back in The Saddle, Yet again.”
