Assam gives one-time financial assistance to Rongali Bihu celebration committees
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma ceremonially released the distribution of just one-time financial aid to Rongali Bihu celebration committees at a functionality organized by the Cultural Affairs Department at Srimanta Sankardeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati.
